Covid-19 Hospital Guidelines

Attention all Ross Hospital Clients

Please know we are doing everything we can to take care of your pets and at the same time help protect the health of you and our staff.

We are offering a “curbside” service for all pet drop off and pickups. PLEASE call us when you arrive in our parking lot, and we will have a technician come out to get your pet and other information while you wait in your car. Additionally, we are happy to set medications and food outside at our exit door, so you don’t have to enter our lobby. Thank you for working with us to keep everyone as healthy as possible.

In an effort to minimize contact and protect the health of our staff and clients, we will be implementing curbside service.

  1. Upon arrival, please wait in your car and call the front desk at 248-642-2050 to let them know you are here. Pease provide a credit card number for payment.
  2. A team member will contact you prior to the exam and will then make arrangements to come and get your pet. We will use our own collars and leashes.
  3. The exam will take place in the clinic and the doctor will call you to review any findings and answer any further questions.
  4. We will process your card for payment and bring your receipt and your pet back to the vehicle upon completion.
